The basic product functionalities could be presented by three modules:

Module 1 (Business process participants definition)

Participants in the business processes could be clients, employees, organizational units, business roles or business partners. This module includes the basic definition of the organizational scheme with hierarchical definition of the working groups, job specifications, employees and roles.

This module also incorporates a very detailed management of customers data, all realized contacts with the complete communication history, registrations, claims, customer services, sold products, active projects and phase of each process which is delivered upon the client's request.

• Analysis of the results of organizational units in relation to the average

• Analysis of the results of organizational units in relation to the expected

• Analysis of the results of individual employees in relation to the average

• Analysis of the results of individual employees in relation to the expected

• Analysis of profitability of business processes (offer of services X, sales of product Y, service product Z)
