Algotech

Algotech is a leading integrator of various contact centres’ solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. The company’s main activities include implementation of solutions for call and contact centres as well as the IP telephony. Algotech provides all services related to construction of telecommunication systems, including consulting, design, implementation, technical support and system maintenance.

In cooperation with Algotech, we developed a ticketing system, TiCat which is ASP.Net application supported by AJAX technology. This application uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a database server, with the possibility of integration with other databases.

In the second phase, TiCat solution was customised to support service processes as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) module.

Delta Generali

Delta Generali is an insurance company which is part of the Generali Group. The TiCat solution is integrated with the claims and customers databases, as well as with the Altitude Contact Center Solution system.

Serbian Telecom

Serbian Telecom is the telecommunication company with the largest contact centre in South-Eastern Europe. TiCat is integrated with the existing Telecom Information System (TIS), Oracle database and Avaya Interaction Centre (AIC).

National Economical Advisor

National Economical Advisor provides services in the areas of financial and accounting consulting and engineering. TiCat is integrated with Microsoft Navision and Altitude Contact Centre Solution system.

Saga

Saga Saga is the largest IT system integration company in Serbia. It covers a wide area of operations and technologies in production, finances, banking and telecommunication.

They used us as an outsourcing company on the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) development and Direct Debit banking system. For these purposes, we developed modules for administration and monitoring using Saga’s core components. Applied technologies are: Microsoft Windows Forms, C# and Microsoft SQL Server.

Belville

Belville - Delta Real Estate i Hypo-Alpe Adria Bank founded Blok 67 Associates, a company which specialises in property development. They developed the largest buildings complex in Serbia – Belville.

In cooperation with Serbian Management Centre Ltd, we developed a solution based on TiCat platform. This is used for business processes support from construction to sales and handover of properties.
